Bootup problem When I start up the device, I get the splash screen. It says initializing and then searching for wireless networks. Once I get to the main screen, I get the system error: Receives System Error MOD :pfgvivqrberpbeqpcc LN:1305 TID: pfgvi or anything similar EC: 0x02050002 SEC: 0X0000001 If you see the below error or any other System Error of this type, disconnect the Ethernet cable from the DVC and turn it off, then back on. System Error MOD :pfgvivqrberpbeqpcc LN:1305 TID: pfgvi EC: 0x02050002 SEC: 0X0000001 -If the error is gone and the videophone boots up properly, the cable may be bad or the device that is being directly connected is having difficulty communicating with the videophone. -If the problem persists, nothing else can be done. The unit needs to be returned to point of purchase or sent to RMA (1-888-499-9945) if beyond the point of purchase return period. Any ideas? Is there a way to do a global reset?
