Bootup problem When I start up the device, I get the splash screen. It says initializing and then searching for wireless networks. Once I get to the main screen, I get the system error:
Receives System Error MOD :pfgvivqrberpbeqpcc LN:1305 TID: pfgvi or anything similar EC: 0x02050002 SEC: 0X0000001
If you see the below error or any other System Error of this type, disconnect the Ethernet cable from the DVC and turn it off, then back on.

-If the error is gone and the videophone boots up properly, the cable may be bad or the device that is being directly connected is having difficulty communicating with the videophone.
-If the problem persists, nothing else can be done. The unit needs to be returned to point of purchase or sent to RMA (1-888-499-9945) if beyond the point of purchase return period.
Any ideas? Is there a way to do a global reset?
